Most of my life I was a heavy person, I tried every diet imaginable and failed. When I turned 17 I lost 65 pounds in 4 months, it was not the healthiest way to lose the weight but I did it on my own, the key was determination. My dream was to always be trim and not get picked on like I did in school, however I did not have the right mind-set after I lost my weight, so eventually all the weight came back.
