Diet Pills... These are a joke, take (3) a day and you will lose weight, its like a magic potion. There is nothing more to say than stay away from these pills as they destroy the inside of your body and do absolutely nothing for you but take money from your wallet.
Drink this in 48 hours and you will lose 10 pounds... So many brides-to-be drink this 3 days before their wedding hoping to drop the pounds before their big day, just to find out they are the same on their wedding day. These drinks are full of artificial ingredients and do nothing for you.
Signing up With a Diet Company... You have to pay a company to lose weight so you can meet up with them once a week to check on your progress, and you have to eat their packaged foods combined with your own food. These are the companies that display "Results Not Typical" on their commercials as they have a celebrity telling us they lost 60 pounds in 4 months. Of course what they don't tell you is that this "celebrity" has a private trainer and is being paid a ton of money to represent their company. Nothing more to say.
Food Being Delivered to Your Door Diet... Here is the thought this company had, lets tell people that we will delivery food to their home, they eat it and exercise, and they will lose weight! wait, the also have a celebrity on their commercials telling us that they did it and you can too! Here is the catch, if you even do lose the weight, when you are done with this diet you have to go back to your everyday foods, which in turn will make you go back to your original weight.
Weight Loss Surgery... There are no short-cuts to losing weight, This is a high-risk move to losing weight and we recommend that you don't do it, ever. Most people that lose weight this way end up gaining every pound back and more, because they never learned how to lose weight and stay slim. Will power and hard work will keep you slim for life, this is a short cut that in the end brings you back after spending a lot of money.
