Remember that you have to eat (4) meals a day in order to lose weight. Please browse through our recipes on the left bar under "Recipes" to find your next meal. Always remember to use "Sea Salt" when cooking and not "Iodized Salt", as well as freshly cracked black pepper when these ingredients are needed.
