1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup thawed frozen raspberries
1/4 cup thawed frozen blueberries
Directions
Place granola in a bowl, put in the yogurt and thawed raspberries and blueberries. Mix all together. To drink have an 8 oz. glass of low-sodium V8 or 8 oz. glass of rice milk.
