Healthy Recipe for Fruit Cocktail



Ingredients

1 banana
1 kiwi
1 orange
1/2 cup thawed frozen blueberries
1/2 cup thawed frozen raspberries


Directions

Peel banana, kiwi and orange and slice into small pieces. Add to a bowl and throw in blueberries and raspberries. Mix together. To drink have an 8 oz. glass of low-sodium V8 or 8 oz. glass of rice milk.
